WordPress URL changed after move to new server

If you are experiencing a wordpress url error after you moved server, you may find the solution here.

WordPress - cannot upload file after moved host

I was hosting this Wordpress blog on a free server, after I used the backup on this new host, some problem occurs, and the Wordpress uploading function gave me most of the headache, it took me a long time to solve this problem.
Error messages:
